Kanye West tattoos are really not plural but singular. Yeezy has one tattoo on his left arm of what seems to be a poem. That forearm quote has become increasingly more popular now that Kanye has became a legendary rapper with multiple platinum albums.

I don't know what the meaning of the words are but I'm guessing it may have something to do with music or his mother who died years ago. 2012 may bring some new tattoo ideas that he may ink on his chest or back. He is very different though so he may be finished with getting tatted.
