Jay-Z tattoos are not as popular as his wife Beyonce tats but they did get major exposure for the IV finger tattoo.

Hova or Jigga man is not inked up like most rappers but I believe he will get a Blue Ivy tattoo at some point. In the meantime we will have to enjoy fans getting tatted up with his face along with 2Pac and Drake tats.
